Modou Lamin was born in Tallinding. He
attended Latrikunda Primary School. He graduated from Saint
Peter's High School in 1991. He obtained his Associate degree
from Highland Park Community College in Detroit in 1996.
Currently, he is finishing an undergraduate degree in international
marketing at the University of Michigan in Dearborn.
His hobbies include current affairs, spending
time with family and traveling. He's traveled extensively
within the United States.
Modou Lamin is married to Najma Jamaludeen.
They live with their three kids in Highland Park, Michigan.
Her term as the Religious Secretary expires
at the end of June 2007.
